Positive: Lovely place, so spacious and clean! Perfect to stay with the dogs. Everything was really high-quality. Apart from the nasty neighbour, this was a great place to spend 2 nights.

Negative: Small hassle about the picking up keys (we got information that we get key-box code beforehand, and didn't, and tried to contact before arriving. Finally managed to contact via phone call, but had 2 numbers and the first was not the right one). Anyway, the owner was waiting at the place and gave us the keys. So make sure to contact well in advance about the picking up keys. I really hope the owner talks with the aggressive man living next door as he threatened us. We were walking on the road, didn't let dogs piss anywhere near "his" yard (it was block of flats) and made sure to pick up all the litter. Dogs didn't bark or anything, and yet he came out again on Sunday morning and was behaving really aggressively. And didn't let us walk on the road anymore, instead we had to walk towards the village. So all the dog-people, beware! Make sure you walk on the far side of the road and pick up dog litter. He was really horrible and seemed to hate dogs.

Summary: Excellent, quiet, well-equipped and clean flat. One horrible dog-hating man living next door though.

Positive: We booked these apartments for 2 families for our short trip to Estonia on the New Year night. The price was very good. Both apartments are freshly renovated with all necessary stuff, comfortable and cozy. It was very cold weather, but apartments had very good heating, so it was warm there. We also find the location quite easily, the owner was responsive and helpful. We appreciate his hospitality very much.
